I have the great pleasure to announce you that I received communication from DAN WALLACE, the writer of the upcoming book JOKER: A VISUAL HISTORY OF THE CLOWN PRINCE OF CRIME with important information.
First, he brought to my attention that the entry from PREVIEWS didn’t list his name, and as I transcribed the information to the post I missed it too but that has been fixed. Sorry for the inconveniences, Dan. I will be complaining to Previews for their innacuracies.
Anyways, Dan was also very pleased about his book being promoted here (the pleasure has been all mine Dan) and was kind enough to include a link to the final cover to delight our eyes and spoke about the book:

Also it will be goo to know that GAMESTOP is already taking Pre-orders for the upcoming ARKHAM CITY even when they dont have a final release date and are not sure if they will come up with a SPECIAL EDITION COLLECTOR’S SET (but I hope they will)

Well, today Orlando Megacon started and I had the honor of meeting in the flesh one of the greatest Slash artists (in my humble opinion, and I’m kinda new to the genre) out there. YAYOI NEKO..
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw some of her prints…that I had already downloaded from the internet. I really love her art. She is a sweetheart though a little camera shy (asked me not to take he picture, which I respected) and a talented artist.
I spilled my cash at her booth, buying some of her prints that she kindly signed for me and even got a copy of her sketchbook. She was kind enough to also include some free postcards of her art which I will treasure always. I just want to thank her for being so nice and show that you could be great at something and not have to be a bitch about it. There is always space for kindness.

Hey Joker Fans!!
I was just surprised this week at my comic book shop when my guys (I love my comic book shop buddies!) saved a compy of NEMESIS: THE IMPOSTORS issue one of the miniseries. To my surprise it has a very nice cameo of our beloved clown. It seems he is more involved, I hope he is more than just a fill-up in the story to bring readers.
Oh, and look at the outfit. Isn’t is sassy? I think Mistah J has been to a private viewing of the film ALICE IN WONDERLAND. No guesses on who would be his fav character there? I think….madhatter. Still. He looks so nice in this outfit even with his green lips and all. I bow to the artist who definitely did his best to depict the Clown Prince of Crime in all his Mirth.

Hello friends from hi and lo…
First, I have to reveal that YES! EARTH-3 JOKER MAKES A CAMEO in the new animated movie!!!!! HURRAY!
But the sad part is that is only on the first 5 minutes of the movie…..more on that one paragraph down.
I just wanted to comment on the new DCU movie JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS IN TWO EARTHS, which I just finished watching and I have to give it my thumbs up. I have to admit that though I am not a biggie on the Justice League, I have a heart for the Crime Sindicate. Call it my psychosis…I like villains, especially when they are well written, and these guys …well. This guys are written extremely well.
Some spoilers on the plot, read at your own risk…and enjoy!
hoa! You ever wonder what makes the Joker tick? Well, in this very interesting issue, we have a chance to see into the twisted psyche of our beloved Clown Psychopath and see him from his humble beginnings until the present day (in the DCU at least) All these seen through our protagonist, the Atom who has been brought to Arkham to treat Joker from a severe neurological disease that could kill him.
Why don’t let the Joker die, you may want to ask? Well, that is the same dilema that Atom faces, and his choice does not come free of risks, for getting into the Joker’s mind could be extremely dangerous on its own right.
The plot is simple, and some of the ideas are not new (psychotic child who kills his own family, a criminal life, etc) to the DCU, but I personally enjoyed the twisted reasoning of Joker explaining why he pushes the rules of the world to the extreme, and his final goal. Please, enjoy these scans….

I am a little behind in my comic reading and just finished the last issue of ARKHAM REBORN miniseries. For those of you that don’t know what this is about, Dr. Arkham is reconstructing Arkham to be a state of the art facility for the treatment of the criminally insane, but Black Mask has other plans for the asylum and tries to sabotage his plans…or does he?
Well, as it happens, the last pages of issue three introduce a new villain that was just…well…unexpected. The name is the JESTER and just look closely by yourselves…
